Event details
The Kenny Wayland Memorial 5K & 10K Run takes place on Sunday, May 24, 2026, in Ventnor City, New Jersey. The event is based at the Ventnor Community Building, 6500 Atlantic Avenue. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course that starts at Stratford Place and Atlantic Avenue and finishes at New Haven Avenue. The fun walk begins and ends on the Boardwalk.

Registration and packet pickup
Pre-registration is $20 through April 30, 2026, then increases to $25 through May 22, 2026. Saturday night and race day registration fee is $30; T-shirts are available while supplies last. Packet pickup is at the Ventnor Community Building on Saturday night, May 23, 2026, and on the morning of the event.
On-site services and awards
Water, bagels, and oranges will be provided after the event. Awards include trophies and medals across various divisions. The awards ceremony will be held at the back of the Ventnor Community Building. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
