EHT Nature Reserve Turkey Trot 5k and 1 Mile Fun Walk
This event takes place on November 28, 2026 at the Egg Harbor Township Nature Reserve on Zion Road in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. It includes a timed 5k run and a separate 1 mile fun walk, both held at the reserve. Pre-registration and race day registration are available.

Pre-registration entry fees are listed as $30.00 for the 5k and $10.00 for the 1 mile. Race day registration fees are listed as $35.00 for the 5k and $15.00 for the 1 mile. Online registration closes on November 27, 2026. The first 100 finishers in the 5k will receive a T-shirt.
The 5k course runs along the perimeter of a lake and includes sandy sections and wooded trails with downhill and uphill segments. The reserve permits drop-off at the event site but no on-site parking. Off-site parking will be provided at Atlantic Christian School on Zion Road, and a shuttle bus will run continuously between that lot and the reserve, returning participants to the school parking lot after the event.
Awards include top male and female overall, plus the top two male and female finishers in these age groups: 14 and under; 15 to 19; 20 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 and over. Proceeds benefit the Egg Harbor Nature Reserve. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
