Kennedy Kids Foundation 4th Annual 5K and 8K
The Kennedy Kids Foundation holds an event on September 13, 2026 at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. The event includes in-person races and a virtual option and is organized to support teen mental health, prevention efforts, and education.

The in-person course uses local roads around the university, with several temporary road closures noted on routes near NE 2nd Avenue, NW 5th Avenue, NW 111th Street and North Miami Avenue before returning to the campus finish area. Chip timing and real-time results are provided by Split Second Timing and Wildside. Finishers receive a finisher medal; age-group awards are given for the top three male and female finishers in each division, and cash prizes are allocated for overall top finishers totaling $500.
Race day parking is available at Barry University, with the South Landon Lot on North Miami Avenue cited for parking. Restrooms are available onsite. Early packet pickup is offered at a local running store the day before the event, and race day packet pickup is located outside Farrell Hall in the Campus Mall area.
