Event overview
The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course will take place at Kempton on Saturday 3 October 2026. The venue address is Staines Rd E, Sunbury-on-Thames TW16 5AQ. The event offers multiple lap-distance options on a 2.5 km lap course; each lap repeats the same inflatable obstacles. Age categories are Adult (16+) and Child (5 to 15 years). Children must be accompanied by a paying participating adult with a maximum ratio of three children per adult.
Course and practical information
- 2.5 km : 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5 km : 2 laps, 30 obstacles (three new obstacles added for this edition)
- 10 km : 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15 km : 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The course includes five music zones and a water station located midway along the route. Toilets and food and drink vendors will be available at the venue. Parking is charged at £5 per car. Bag drop is £3 per bag; bags should be gym-duffle size or smaller and will be searched. Dogs are not allowed. Spectators may use designated spectator areas only. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag. Ticket Protect is offered for a full refund if unable to attend. Participants are advised to wear sensible running shoes and suitable clothing; sharp jewellery or sharp objects are not permitted.
