Kangaroobie Klassic
Kangaroobie Klassic is an adventure race held at Kangaroobie on Old Ocean Road in Princetown, Victoria, Australia. The full course combines four sequential disciplines: a river swim of 1 km, a mountain bike leg of 16 km, a paddle of 5.7 km, and a trail run of 6.5 km.
Competitors may enter as individuals who complete all four legs, or as part of a relay team of two, three or four members, with teammates covering different legs. The event programme also includes junior activities staged after the main race: the Junior Ninja Trail run for children aged 6 to 12, and the Gellibrand Eel Junior triathlon recommended for participants aged 8 to 14.
The event provides pre-race check-in and race pack pick up, a compulsory participant briefing, and post-race presentations. Multiple registration categories are listed for the main event and for juniors, with separate captain and team member options for team entries. The organisers acknowledge the Eastern Maar people as the traditional owners of the land, recognise their continuing connection to the area, and pay respect to their Elders past and present.
Local organisations are listed as sponsors, and the event promotes family-friendly participation across its senior and junior programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
