Event overview
The JW Corbett Trail Races take place on April 11, 2026, in Loxahatchee, Florida, inside the JW Corbett Wildlife Management Area. The event offers multiple distances on the Ocean to Lake Trail system. Distances include:
- 50 Miler
- 50K
- 18 Miler
Course and entry
The course follows the orange blazes for navigation and is run on technical single-track trail. The route passes through wet prairies, cypress strands, hardwood hammocks, open meadows and pine flat woods. Trails may be wet in places and run through remote, undisturbed Florida wilderness where wildlife and wildflowers can be seen. A 13 hour cutoff applies to all runners.
Entrance requires membership in the JW Corbett Running Club; entering the race counts as membership. Membership entry fees are directed to the local Florida Trail Association Loxahatchee Chapter after event fees are paid. Registration closes on Saturday, April 4 at 11:59 PM ET.
