Just Breathe
Just Breathe is the third annual fundraiser held at Bennie's House in Ranburne, Alabama. The event raises funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis and supports research and treatments that aim to extend and improve the lives of people affected by the condition. Proceeds are directed toward efforts that benefit the roughly 40,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis.
The program includes multiple race options and a family-friendly run for children. Distances offered:
- 5K
- 8K (5 miles)
- Kid's Fun Run (12 and under)
- Virtual 5K
Registration fees listed by the organizer are $25 for the 5K, 8K and Virtual 5K, and $15 for the Kid's Fun Run. The event honors two individuals who were diagnosed with cystic fibrosis after birth and highlights daily challenges faced by the CF community.
