Judd's Summer Slam Triathlon
Judd's Summer Slam Triathlon on July 25, 2026 is organized by local partners including the Hays Recreation Commission, Progressive Physical Therapy, and Papa Murphy’s Take n Bake Pizza of Hays. The event offers both individual and team entries and includes separate youth and adult divisions.
Adult distances:
- 400 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 5 km run for individual or team entries
Kids distances:
- 100 meter swim, 6 mile bike, 1 mile run for the Judd's Kids Division, open to age 14 and under
The Judd's Kids Division benefits the Judd's Journey Project, which brings awareness to Trisomy 18 and infant loss. Proceeds are designated to provide resources and support for families who suffer the loss of an infant child.
All participants receive a commemorative t shirt. Door prizes are distributed and medals are awarded to winners in each division. Course maps are available for the bike and run routes.
