Free Spirit 5K & 10K
The Free Spirit Run is an annual community event in Hays, KS. It is held in memory of a young person who died in a car accident on September 11, 2009. Proceeds support the Free Spirit Award at Hays High and a memorial scholarship at the FHSU Herndon Clinic for Speech and Language. The event title reflects the honoree's free spirit.
