Jordan's Run the Runway 5K Series : Chatham-Kent
Jordan's Run the Runway 5K Series in Chatham-Kent is a runway-based 5K event held at Chatham-Kent Municipal Airport (8528 14 Line, Merlin, ON). The certified course is flat and chip timed, beginning and ending on the airport runway. Participants may run, walk, roll, or use poles; virtual participation options are also available.
The event is part of a four-stop series that includes races in London, Sarnia-Lambton, and St. Thomas-Elgin. The local event page lists multi-race pricing and rewards: the first two races are priced at CA$40 each, additional races at CA$35 each; completing three or more races earns a series finisher item and completing all four earns Elite Runway Finisher recognition.
On-site activities include bib pick-up and check-in, a kiddie trot, a reception in the hangar with food and drink, and presentation and prizing. Prizes for top male and female finishers are provided through partners and include ASICS running shoes for first place and gift cards plus swag for second and third places.
