Johnstown 5K Run/Walk For Veterans
The Johnstown 5K Run/Walk For Veterans is a community 5K event on July 25, 2026 at Sargent's Stadium at the Point in Johnstown, PA. The event honors veterans and active military, and all proceeds go to the Johnstown Veteran Affairs.
The course is a 5K distance. All ages may participate; strollers are welcome and pets are not allowed. Participants receive a medal and a shirt, and each participant will also receive a free Johnstown Millrats game ticket. Runners are responsible for their own time.
The event includes a patriotic costume contest. The most patriotic costume will earn a turn in the Money Man Cash Cube for sixty seconds to collect cash. After the event, participants are encouraged to take a group "Final Shot" on Main Street for a collective photo.
Tickets are available through Eventbrite and registration opens at the stadium front gate. The organizer offers refunds up to one day before the event.
