Johnson Co Peach Fest 4 Miler
The Johnson Co Peach Fest 4 Miler takes place on July 18, 2026, in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the corner of W Main and N Cravens. The event offers two options:
- 4 miles (run)
- 4 miles (walk)
Open registration for the listed events began on November 12, 2025, and regular registration closes on July 17, 2026. The advertised registration fee is $35. Same day registration is available on race day for $40 and accepts cash, check, or Cash App. Packet pick up is available the morning of the race at the finish line on N Cravens. The race will use chip timing with bibs assigned on race day; competitors are asked to wear their bib on the front mid center for best readings.
The run is part of the long-running Johnson County Peach Festival, which began in 1938 and runs nearly a week with many community events including music, arts and crafts, parade, food contests, and novelty contests such as frog jumping and a greased pig chase. The 4 miler itself began in 1979 and is listed as the inaugural year in the Arkansas Grand Prix series.
The course starts at the corner of N Cravens and W Main and finishes on N Cravens. Awards at the finish line are given for overall male and female finishers, Masters, Grand Masters, Seniors, and male and female age divisions from 1-14 up through 80 plus. The listed male course record is 18:53 from 1982; a female overall record is not listed in the event information. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
