Jingle Bell Run - Dayton
The Jingle Bell Run is organized by United Way of Rhea County and takes place on December 5, 2026, in Dayton, Tennessee, at the United Way office, 224 4th Avenue, Suite 101. The event includes both a timed race and a fun run/walk and proceeds support United Way of Rhea County.
Available event options include:
- 5K timed race, registration fee $35.
- 1 Mile fun run/walk not timed, registration fee $20.
Teams can compete for trophies. The 5K awards fastest team, largest team, and most festive team trophies. The 1 Mile fun run/walk offers trophies for largest team and most festive team. Participant medals are provided and Christmas costumes are encouraged. Dogs on a leash may join if dressed in costume and toddlers may ride in strollers during the walk.
Registration opens September 15, 2026, and closes December 5, 2026. Online processing fees apply. Register by November 13 to guarantee shirt size. Packet pickup is available Friday, December 4, or on race morning at the United Way office. The event takes place rain or shine and registration fees are nonrefundable.
