The Jingle Bell Run is a 5k road loop held in Carbondale, Colorado on the Sunday before Christmas. The course starts and ends at the local run shop at 901 Highway 133. Dogs and strollers are welcome. The event often takes place in snowy or slippery conditions; participants are advised to bring traction devices for shoes. Runners are encouraged to wear holiday costumes or ugly sweaters, and an award is given for the ugliest sweater.
