JCS Alumni Association 5K Run/Walk
The JCS Alumni Association 5K Run/Walk is the seventh annual event held in Jefferson, New York, to raise money for the JCS Alumni Scholarship Fund. The course starts at Jefferson Central School and finishes at Two Scoops Ice Cream shop. Ice cream will be provided to racers and volunteers.
Registration is open for a single 5K distance. The registration fee is $20. Children under five enter free. Participants who register by September 18, 2026 will receive a t-shirt with their registration. Registration opens March 12, 2026 and closes September 18, 2026. Race day signup is available and an entry form can be downloaded from the event's Facebook page or from the Alumni link on the Jefferson Central School website and mailed to the event PO Box.
The event is presented as a community fundraiser to support senior scholarships at Jefferson Central School.
