James Biever Memorial 10K, 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
This event on August 8, 2026 is held at the Lebanon Area Fairgrounds with course access to the Lebanon Valley Rails to Trails. The course is described as mostly flat, wheel-measured, and shaded. The event is held rain or shine; there are no refunds and awards will not be mailed.

Timing and race operations include a finish clock and on-course refreshments. The event program also features family activities, games, raffle baskets, and food available for purchase.
Awards for the 10K and 5K include 1st overall male and female plus top three male and female in these age groups: 10 and under (5K only), 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. A first-place recognition is offered for law enforcement male and female overall.
Entry fees vary by distance and registration date. Early postmarked entry rates apply through July 10, 2026 and include a promotional giveaway; higher fees apply after that date including on race day. Both mail-in and optional online registration are available, with a nominal online service fee and an online registration deadline the Wednesday before the race.
