JTreequinox
JTreequinox is a 12 hour run scheduled for March 20, 2027 in Joshua Tree, California. The event is held on private property in downtown Joshua Tree at 6233 Juniper Rd, on a winding one mile singletrack loop that occupies about 20 acres. The course record listed is 72 laps.
The field is limited to 50 runners. An aid station at the start-finish area provides a progression of offerings through the day, beginning with fresh fruit, salty snacks, and electrolytes, and moving toward more substantial items such as grilled cheese, quesadillas, and hot soup. There is space for a chair and a cooler at the start-finish area, and some additional pop up tents may be accommodated.
Adidas Terrex and Altra will provide shoe demos during the event. Parking is on site but described as tight; carpooling is suggested and organizers request advance notice for large vehicles so space can be reserved. Awards are planned for any competitor who completes an Ultra distance defined as 27 laps, and for the top male and female overall finishers.
