Ivar Formos Minneløp

Ivar Formos Minneløp is a trail running event set in Nordmarka, described as a sweaty enjoyment of the area's natural surroundings. The event includes multiple distances and runs on forest trails.

The 10 km course is a new route on scenic trails in the forest; it is described as rolling and demanding rather than a day of steep climbs and descents. The 17 km route has a small, well marked change near the Skjennungen / Frønsvollstråkka crossing; the revised route turns right slightly earlier and reaches Gamle Skjennungvei roughly 200–300 meters later.

A technical running t-shirt for adults and children is produced each year and can be ordered when registering before Sunday 27 September. T-shirts are packed together with the participant's start number.
