Island Triathlon Festival & Haze Stockton Sunrise Run
The Island Triathlon Festival and Stockton Sunrise Run take place over a weekend in Stockton near Newcastle, staged from Stockton Park (east of Ferry Station) at the corner of Mitchell Street and Wharf Crest. Events are held across two days with running, triathlon, and swim-bike-run formats on flat foreshore courses.
Saturday features the Stockton Sunrise Run with these distances:
- Half Marathon
- 14 km
- 7 km
Sunday is Triathlon Day with these options:
- Standard triathlon
- Sprint triathlon
- Super Sprint triathlon
- Aquabike (Swim - Cycle)
- Aquathlon (Swim - Run)
Entries close the day before each event unless sold out; a late entry fee applies from two weeks before race day. Entries may be transferred to another person via the event entry portal for a $10 transfer fee; transfers are not available to other H Events. All finishers receive a commemorative medal. Only the overall male and female winners receive prizes; age group medals are not presented. Refund policy: 70% refund up to six weeks before the event, 40% refund from six weeks to 14 days before the event, and no refunds within 14 days of the event. Official results will be published on Multisport Australia Timing and race photos will be available through Marathon Photos. Volunteer registration is available via the event volunteer tab.
