Island Spring Half Marathon : April 26, 2026
The Island Spring Half Marathon takes place on April 26, 2026 in Alameda, California. The venue is Alameda Point at Faction Brewery, 2501 Monarch St. The event is a fundraiser for the Alameda Hospital Foundation and serves as the kickoff of the Island Race Series. The 2026 program adds a half marathon distance to the event lineup.

The courses showcase parts of Alameda Point, new parks on the west end of Alameda, the USS Hornet and coastal trails. The route is described as flat and the 10K returns as part of the USATF 10K circuit. The event includes a post-race expo, music, food and age-group awards. Packet pickup is scheduled April 23-25 at Lauren's Closet, 1420 Park St., Alameda. Race morning registration will be available at Faction Brewery.
