Event Details
The event takes place on April 26, 2026. It is a fundraiser for the Alameda Hospital Foundation and kicks off the Island Race Series. A new half marathon distance has been added for 2026.
The main venue is Faction brewery at City Hall West / Alameda Point. Race morning registration opens at the same location.

- 10K Run (noted as part of the USATF 10K circuit)
- 5k Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Fun Run (open to ages 12 and under)
Packet pickup is available on the days before the event at Lauren's Closet on Park Street in Alameda.
The Course
All courses are described as flat and fast. They showcase parts of Alameda Point, new parks on the west end of Alameda, the USS Hornet, and coastal trails.
Event Experience
The event features a post-race expo, music, food, and awards for age group winners. There is a "Half and Half" bundle option for participants who run both the Spring Half Marathon and the Island Festival Half Marathon in September, which includes a special hoodie.
