ISEH Regent's Park Run - 14 June 2026

The 12th annual Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH) Run takes place in Regent's Park, London. The event is organised by ISEH and is scheduled for 14 June 2026 at The Regent's Park, NW1 4NR.

Race options are offered over these distances:

  • 10K
  • 5K
  • 2.5K

The event is chip timed and marshalled on a flat park course. All finishers receive a medal. An optional ISEH race-day T-shirt is available to purchase during registration and collected on the day. Participants can opt to make a donation to the UCLH Charity during registration. A transaction fee will be applied to ticket purchases.

Practical information: bib numbers are issued at the event only. Results are uploaded live to the event website when possible and communicated to pre-registered participants within 24 hours. This event will not be licensed.

On-course and site facilities include medical cover, a tear-off baggage strip for essential belongings, and water stations provided once on the 5K and twice on the 10K. Park toilets are available for a contactless payment of 20p. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Event images are expected to be available, usually within 24 hours.

Accessibility and rules: the event is suitable for wheelchair users and for participants with buggies or pushchairs. Spectators are permitted. Noise-cancelling earphones and headphones are prohibited; other earphones should be used at a low volume so officials can be heard. Participants must not be accompanied by privately owned dogs; registered medical assistance dogs may be accepted subject to prior approval.
