ISEH Regent's Park Run 2026
The 12th annual Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH) Run takes place in Regent's Park, London on Sunday 14 June 2026. The event offers multiple chip-timed and marshalled route options around a flat park course that is open to runners, joggers and walkers.

All finishers receive a medal. An optional ISEH race-day T-shirt is available to purchase during registration and collected on the day. Participants may choose to make a donation to the UCLH Charity during registration. A 7.5% transaction fee is applied to ticket purchases to cover the third-party payment platform.
Practical arrangements include bib number collection at the event only, live results uploaded to the event website (internet connection permitting) and results communicated to pre-registered participants within 24 hours. The event is not licensed. Water is available on route once on the 5 km and twice on the 10 km. Suitable medical cover is provided and a tear-off baggage strip on the bib can be used for essential bag drop. Park toilets are available for a contactless 20p payment. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers.
The event is suitable for wheelchair users and for participants with buggies or pushchairs, with prior contact requested for specialised equipment. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited.
