ISEH Regent's Park Run 2026

The 12th annual Institute of Sport, Exercise, and Health (ISEH) Run takes place in The Regent's Park, London. This event is organized by the ISEH, a collaboration involving UCLH, HCA Healthcare UK, UCL, the UK Institute of Sport, and the British Olympic Association. The event is designed to promote an active lifestyle and serves as a legacy project of the London 2012 Olympics.

The race follows a flat course through the park scenery and uses electronic chip timing. It is an inclusive event open to participants of different fitness levels, including runners, joggers, and walkers. The course is suitable for wheelchair users, as well as those with buggies, pushchairs, or strollers.

The following race distances are available:

  • 10K
  • 5K
  • 2.5K

Participants can find water stations along the route, with the 5K course passing a station once and the 10K course passing twice. Facilities include a bag drop area for essential belongings and medical cover for emergencies. Public toilets are available in the park for a small contactless payment. Bib numbers must be collected at the venue on the day of the event. All finishers receive a medal, and race photos are typically available within 24 hours. Enrollment is available for individuals, families, and groups, with registration closing on June 12, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
