The IRONMAN 70.3 Hawai'i takes place on the Kohala Coast of the Island of Hawai'i. This event has a racing tradition of over 20 years and is hosted by the IRONMAN World Championship team. Course Details
The competition features three distinct stages across the volcanic landscape:
- Swim: A 1.9 km swim held in the ocean at Kailua-Kona.
- Bike: A 90 km rolling course that traverses lava fields and includes portions of the iconic Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway used in the World Championship.
- Run: A 21.1 km rolling run route along the coastline.
