INDURO Hybrid Race #7
The event is a distance based hybrid race held on an outdoor 400 meter track at Hamilton Southeastern High School, 12499 Olio Road, Fishers, IN. The format combines repeated track runs with infield strength and skill stations arranged around the track.
Participants choose between two distances and select a weight level, and may compete solo or as part of a team. The course sequence alternates runs with eight infield segments, including sled push and sled pull, a 1000 meter Ski Erg, a 1000 meter Row Erg, a 200 meter sandbag carry, a 100 meter sandbag lunge, 100 meters of burpee broad jumps, and a 200 meter farmers carry. Run legs are 400 meters or 800 meters depending on the short or long option.
Four weight levels define equipment loads from light to heavy with specific weights for sleds, sandbags, lunges, and farmers carries. Teams must run and complete infield events together but may split the workload during those stations. Relay rules require teams to do runs together and ensure each participant completes four infield events.
The event is USAT sanctioned and professionally chip timed with splits for all 17 segments. Race day packet pickup includes timing chip distribution and body marking; a photo ID is required. All participants receive a race t shirt and finishers receive a medal. Water, restrooms, and post race refreshments are provided on site.
