Indio Veterans Day 5K & 10K Run/Walk
This event takes place on 11/11/2026 in Indio, California, at 81800 Avenue 51. The course passes through an area of the Empire Polo and is organized to honor and support veterans.
- 5K Run/Walk - 3.1 miles
- 10K Run/Walk - 6.2 miles
The event is family friendly and open to runners and walkers. Participants receive a commemorative t-shirt. A pre-race celebration will include refreshments, music, and a ceremony to honor veterans. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Hunter Lopez Memorial Foundation.
Registration opens July 1, 2026 and closes August 3, 2026. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $35 for the 5K and $50 for the 10K. Children under the age of 10 enter free and veterans receive a $25 discount. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
