I Run for Ronald McDonald House® 5K
The 4th Annual I Run for Ronald McDonald House® 5K takes place on May 16, 2026, at The Quad on the University of Washington campus in Seattle, WA. The event supports Ronald McDonald House® of Western Washington and Alaska and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation; all proceeds benefit those organizations. Participants pledge to run, walk, or bike a distance of 3.1 miles in support of the cause.
The organizer reports that shirts will be handed out to the first 300 participants who sign in. The race route has been posted and will be marked with flags, ADPis, and chalk to guide participants. Past editions include a virtual 5K held in 2021 with over 200 participants; fundraising totals cited include over $18,000 in 2021 and over $25,000 in 2025.
