Hytruck Games
Hytruck Games is a team based fitness challenge organised by Lean Training Academy at Far Pastures Farm in Rossendale, England. Teams may be pairs or groups of four and work together to complete the course.
The event features a sequence of stations including Ram Burpees, SkiErg, Sled Push/Pull, Farmers Carry, Rower, Ram Rev Lunges, DB Devil Press and Wallballs. In addition, there are nine 600 m trail runs woven throughout the course - these runs occur before, between and after the station work.
Teams can divide the station work as they choose and share repetitions across team members. All 600 m trail runs are completed together as a full team each time.
The session length is three hours and takes place in person at the farm location on Burnley Road East, Rossendale BB4 9NH. The organiser specifies a no refunds policy.
