HYROX SIM - F45 Training Seaforth
HYROX SIM is a full HYROX race simulation held at F45 TRAINING SEAFORTH in Seaforth, NSW. The format reproduces the complete HYROX sequence: 8 x 1 km runs interspersed with eight workout stations. Running takes place both inside and outside the studio.
Participants may enter solo or as a team. Organisers request registration details to help wave placement: whether the entry is solo or team, the entrant's most recent or target HYROX finish time, and teammate names if entering as a team. First timers are welcome and may provide an estimated finish time.
Event sessions are scheduled to last around 2 hours and are open to participants aged 16 and over. Free parking is available at the venue. Wave allocations and final start times are confirmed by email no later than 4:00 pm on the day before the event.
Safety and weather procedures are stated: F45 Training Seaforth may cancel the event for adverse weather, with any cancellation decision made by 7:00 am on the event day. If cancelled for weather, participants receive a full refund. The event also offers refunds up to 7 days before the event under the stated refund policy.
