HYROX Portland takes place May 21–23, 2027 at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97232. The event is the first HYROX held in Portland and is planned as a multi-day fitness race weekend with thousands of athletes expected to compete.

Athlete services include individual finisher times with split timings, live leaderboard results during competition, age group award ceremonies, and qualification slots for certain age groups to the World Championships. The on-site experience includes aid stations before, during and after the race, a viewing area called the Thunderdome, and an Entertainment Zone with partners. Professional race photography is available through Sportograf; photos are typically viewable about 48 hours after the race and can be located by uploading a selfie. Sportograf ticket personalization is required to reveal a redemption Ticket ID for pre-purchased photo packages.

Important athlete information provided before the event includes a provisional start time schedule and, approximately three days before the event, a link to individual start times. Start time changes are not permitted. Athlete check-in requires photo ID and checking in on behalf of others is not allowed. On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before that division's first start wave; early entry before an official check-in window is available via the Spectators Desk with ticket and ID.

Volunteer roles cover station judging, athlete support and hydration, and registration tasks. Volunteers earn Reward Points that can be redeemed for tickets, merchandise and other items. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
