HYROX Portland : May 21 to 23, 2027
HYROX Portland is the inaugural HYROX fitness race weekend taking place at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97232. The event is presented as a multiwave competition that will welcome thousands of athletes and community attendees over three days.
Event features listed for participants include the HYROX finishers patch, live posting of result times to the event leaderboard, individual finisher times with split timings for each workout, and age group award ceremonies in each division. Certain age groups will be eligible to receive qualification slots for the World Championships. Aid stations are provided before, during, and after the course. Spectators can view races from the Thunderdome and there will be an on-site HYROX Entertainment Zone and opportunities to purchase professional photos.
Photo services use a selfie search that requires athlete consent to biometric processing and a visible wristband during the race; photos are typically available about 48 hours after the event. Athlete check-in requires ID and checking in for others is not permitted. Provisional start times and the full race schedule will be announced; individual start times are linked roughly three days before the event and start time changes are not permitted. On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before that division's first start wave.
Volunteer roles include station judges and athlete support staff. Volunteers earn reward points redeemable for tickets and merchandise. Charity entries offered through a fundraising partner include specified minimum fundraising targets by division. Flex add on options allow name changes and, depending on the option, partial or full refunds within stated time windows; the Flex option must be selected at purchase and cannot be added later.
