About the race
HYROX Dublin is scheduled across five days from 11 November 2026 to 15 November 2026 at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS), Simmonscourt Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin D04 E6N6. The event runs a multi-division programme that includes Men, Women, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Relays, Adaptive divisions and Pro categories on different days throughout the weekend.
The event package for athletes includes a HYROX finishers patch, live posting of result times to the leaderboard, individual finisher time with split timings for each workout, and age group award ceremonies. Certain age groups have qualification slots available for the World Championships. Aid stations are provided pre, during and post event. The venue features viewing from the Thunderdome and an on-site HYROX Entertainment Zone with partners. Professional race photography is available through the event partner Sportograf.
Ticketing options include a Flex Add-On and a Flex Lite that permit name changes up to one day before an athlete's race day and offer different refund conditions. The Flex Add-On offers a 100 percent refund up to 31 days before an athlete’s race day and a 50 percent refund up to 7 days before, while Flex Lite allows name changes but no refunds for charity tickets. On-site registration opens per division before that division begins and athletes must present a physical copy of ID at check-in.
