Virgin Active HYROX Cape Town - Season 26/27
Virgin Active HYROX Cape Town takes place from 14 August 2026 to 16 August 2026 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, Convention Square, 1 Lower Street, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa. The event opens the 26/27 HYROX season and uses the CTICC hall for competition.
The event features multiple competition formats, including singles, doubles, pro divisions, mixed and gendered doubles, relays and corporate relays. Race services and on-site elements listed for competitors include a HYROX finishers patch, individual finisher times with split timings for each workout, age group award ceremonies, and qualification slots for certain age groups for the World Championships. Aid stations are provided before, during and after the race. Professional race photography is available for purchase.
Ticketing options include Flex Add-Ons with different change and refund rules: a Lite Flex option allows one name change up to one day before the event and does not offer refunds; a Flex option allows one name change up to one day before the event and offers a full refund up to 31 days before the event and a 50% refund up to 7 days before the event. Tickets without a Flex Add-On do not allow changes or refunds after purchase.
Athlete registration and check-in require presentation of ID, checking in for others is not permitted, and on-day check-in is possible only on the day of competition.
