Event Format
The event takes place over five days in April. Participants complete eight one-kilometer runs interspersed with eight workout stations. There are several competitive formats available. Individuals can enter HYROX Open or HYROX Pro. Pairs can compete in HYROX Doubles or Doubles Pro. Teams of four can enter the HYROX relay.
Venue and Schedule
The event will be held at the Brisbane Convention Centre on Merivale Street in South Brisbane. The schedule spans from Thursday to Monday. Different competitive divisions are scheduled for specific days and timeslots. Saturday and Sunday will feature Regional Championship events in the first half of the day.
Participant Information
The athlete race package includes a finisher patch. Results and split timings for each workout are posted to a leaderboard. There is a hydration station on the course. Age group award ceremonies are held in each division. Qualification slots for the World Championships are available for certain age groups in the Pro divisions. Access to the venue is granted only on the day of an athlete's race via a wristband.
Ticketing and Flexibility
Various ticketing options are available, including charity tickets linked to fundraising. Flexibility add-ons offer options for name changes and refunds under specific timeframes, but these must be selected at purchase. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
