HYROX Auckland : Event overview
HYROX Auckland is a four-day fitness racing event held at Auckland Showgrounds, Epsom, New Zealand, from 4 February to 7 February 2027. The competition format combines running and functional-workout stations: athletes complete 8 x 1 km runs interspersed with eight workout stations.
Race formats available include individual divisions (HYROX Open and Pro), Doubles (including Doubles Pro and Mixed), Relay teams, and Adaptive divisions. The programme lists separate Men and Women Open divisions, Men and Women Pro divisions, Adaptive divisions, and multiple Doubles and Relay waves across the four days. Age group award ceremonies take place in each division, and certain Age Groups in the Pro divisions receive qualification slots for the World Championships.
Event services and on-site features include individual finisher times with split timings per workout, results posted on a leaderboard as athletes compete, a hydration station on course, professional race photography available for purchase via the event’s photography partner, and a finisher patch. Athlete wristbands grant access to the venue only on each athlete’s race day; spectators require separate tickets to access other days.
Ticketing options offer Flex Lite and Flex Add-On choices that permit name changes up to one day before an athlete’s race day; the Flex Add-On provides partial refund windows up to 31 and 7 days before race day.
