About the race
HYROX Abu Dhabi is a multi-day competitive fitness event held at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The event spans a weekend in late October and includes dedicated race days for different athlete divisions, including singles, doubles, relays, adaptive divisions, and professional categories. One day is designated exclusively for female athletes and female spectators. Athlete services include an individual race package with a HYROX finishers patch, individual finisher time with split timings, leaderboard results during competition, age group award ceremonies, and qualification slots for certain age groups for the World Championships.
The venue provides aid stations before, during and after the course and an entertainment zone supported by partners. Professional race photography is available through the event’s official photography partner, which uses facial recognition to help athletes find images. Ticketing options offer Flex Add-On and Flex Lite choices that affect name-change allowances and refund eligibility. With the Flex Add-On athletes may request refunds up to specified windows before race day, while Flex Lite permits name changes up to one day before an athlete’s race day.
Transfers to other events and division changes are not available for the season. The venue is accessible by car and by Abu Dhabi bus number 040. On-site parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
