The event takes place on February 8, 2026 at 6603 Ada Boulevard Northwest, Highlands, Edmonton, Alberta T5W 4N5, Canada.

The event is chip-timed and official results are posted after the event. Participants are encouraged to carry their own hydration and nutrition; limited self-serve water stations will be available.
In-person registrations include brunch and additional brunch tickets can be purchased during registration. All in-person participants receive a Hypo Half blanket, a tote bag, and a finisher medal. At in-person locations, two pairs of Altra running shoes will be available as prizes.
The Running Room Events Team is hosting in-person events in select cities in 2026; a Virtual Hypothermic Half option is also offered. Virtual registration is indicated as sold out. Sponsors include Running Room, CASA Mental Health, and Altra.
CASA Mental Health is a non-profit organization delivering holistic, culturally safe wrap-around mental health services to Albertans aged three to 18 and their families, addressing the gap between primary care and acute treatment. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
