HYFEN 2026
HYFEN 2026 is an outdoor Hyrox simulation event held on Saturday 8 August 2026 at Seán Tierney Park (Allenwood GAA), Co. Kildare. The event is organised by Na Fianna Ladies in partnership with POP UP RACES and follows official HYROX standards and judging.
The competition is arranged for doubles teams in three categories: Female Doubles, Male Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. It is a timed event; teams select a preferred time slot and receive a designated heat time before the event. A detailed course layout map will be provided in advance.
The simulation run distance is shorter than in a typical HYROX event, which may produce faster finish times. There is no overall time limit for completing the course. The event is open to athletes of all fitness levels.
Tickets for the event are non refundable and are listed as limited in availability. A professional judging framework consistent with HYROX standards will be used throughout the competition. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
