HYFEN 2026

HYFEN 2026 is scheduled for Saturday 8 August 2026 at Seán Tierney Park (Allenwood GAA) in County Kildare. The event uses the HYROX format and follows official HYROX standards and judging.

Teams compete in three categories: Female Doubles, Male Doubles and Mixed Doubles. Timing is provided by Pop Up Races; each team may select a preferred time slot and will receive a designated heat time before the event. A detailed course layout map will be supplied in advance.

The organisers state the run distance used in this simulation is shorter than in a typical HYROX event, which may lead to faster finish times. There is no overall time limit for participants, allowing teams to complete the course at their own pace. The event is presented as open to athletes across a range of fitness levels.
