Hyde Park Blast : June 27, 2026, Hyde Park Square, Cincinnati, OH
Hyde Park Blast is a community benefit event held in Hyde Park Square that raises funds for local cancer charities, including The Cure Starts Now. Since 2001 the event has donated more than $600,000 to Cincinnati cancer charities. The event has also been recognized as a Best of the East winner.
The day includes multiple run and cycling competitions plus a block party and live music. Race formats on the schedule include a neighborhood loop run/walk, short children’s races by age group, criterium cycling events with professional fields, and an Elite 5K run held on the bike course. The Elite 5K requires an application and has time qualifications for entry: men 17:00, women 21:00.
Registration for the 4 mile run/walk is available online or on race day. Price tiers for the 4 mile event are $40 early bird until March 31, $45 after March 31, and $50 after June 23. Registrations made after June 12 are not guaranteed requested shirt sizes. T shirts are only guaranteed if picked up at packet pickup. Race day kids run registration is $20; each kids run participant receives a t shirt and a medal.
