The Huntington Veterans Day event takes place on Saturday, November 8, 2025. It is the 10th annual running and cycling event and includes multiple participatory options and on-site awards and refreshments following the events.

- 1 Mile Family Fun Walk
- 5K run
- 17 mile (approximately) bike ride
Entry fees are listed for each event: the 1 Mile Family Fun Walk is $5, the 5K is $25, and the bike ride is $25. Registration deadlines are set by the organizer.
Location and organizer
The event is held at the Indiana National Guard, 800 Zahn Street, Huntington, IN 46750. The start line is located outside the Indiana National Guard facility. Huntington Veterans Day 5K Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Funds from this and past events contributed to the first installation of the Memorial Mile.
