Humanity 5K Run - Bridgeview, IL
The Humanity 5K Run is scheduled for May 31, 2026 at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois, and is organized by the Refugee Life Foundation as the third annual edition. The event features multiple participation options and on-site amenities.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K run
- 1.5 mile walk
- 100 yard kids dash organized by age groups
Packet pick-up and in-person registration are available the day before at Muehe Recreation Center and on event day at SeatGeek Stadium. Online registration closes on May 29, and race day registration is listed at a flat $50 fee. Parking is available only in the stadium west parking lot with entry through Gate A.
The course starts and finishes inside the SeatGeek Stadium field. Runners and walkers exit the stadium to follow a marked route managed by the Bridgeview Police Department and volunteers; walkers follow a turnaround that returns them to the stadium. The kids dash is organized by age groups 5-6, 7-8, and 9-10, and first place finishers in each heat receive medals.
The event is chip timed. Trophies are planned for overall male and female champions, and first-place medals are awarded across a wide range of age categories. Food will be available on the stadium field after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
