Hues for Humanity Calgary 2026
Hues for Humanity Calgary is a colorful fun run and walk organized to support Real Humanitarian. The event takes place along the trails of Harmony, a community in Rocky View County located near the Springbank Airport.
Participants follow an approximately 5 km course featuring multiple color stations where volunteers distribute colored powder. The event begins with a mass group color toss and concludes with a final synchronized color explosion at the finish line. Throughout the morning, a DJ and MC provide music and entertainment. Prizes are awarded for the best costumes in various categories, including individuals, families, teams, and pets.
The event offers several registration categories:
- Solo (Ages 17+)
- Team Members
- Youth (Ages 10-16)
- Child (Ages 9 and under)
Registered participants in the adult and youth categories receive a race package that includes a t-shirt, color packets, and a swag bag. Walk-up registrations are also permitted on the day of the event. All proceeds from the run are dedicated to supporting education, health, and empowerment initiatives for at-risk children in developing nations.
