Hotcake Hustle
Hotcake Hustle is a Run Project event in Plano, TX held on January 9, 2027. The event uses trails through Oak Point Nature Preserve and includes an after-party at the finish area with pancakes, coffee, hot chocolate, food and beer. A gluten free pancake option is noted as available.

The start and finish area is at Red Tail Pavilion, 2801 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074. Packet pickup is scheduled on dates prior to race day at several local running stores and at the Red Tail Pavilion on the event date. Interactive course maps and downloadable course graphics are provided for the 5K and 10K routes.
Standard race swag includes a custom long sleeve race shirt, a custom finisher's medal and a race bib. For the event's 15th anniversary a limited quantity finisher item will be available. Awards are given to overall and masters finishers and to top three finishers in multiple age groups from 9 and under through 80 plus; awards must be claimed in person and will not be mailed.
