Hotcake Hustle
Hotcake Hustle is a Run Project event in Plano, Texas held on January 9, 2027. The event offers multiple race options that use trails in Plano’s Oak Point Nature Preserve and finishes at the Red Tail Pavilion.

A virtual race option is also offered. Post-race provisions include hotcakes with a gluten free option, coffee, hot chocolate, food, and beer at an after-party. Event merchandise and finisher items listed for recent years include a custom long sleeve race shirt, a custom finisher’s medal, and a race bib.
Awards are provided for overall and age-group placements, including 1st through 3rd overall male and female, masters awards, and age-group awards spanning youth to 80 plus. Packet pickup is scheduled on several days the week of the race at local running stores and at the Red Tail Pavilion. Course maps are available for the 5K and 10K, including interactive maps for route and elevation review.
