Event overview
The Hot Pink Flamingo takes place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Mineola Nature Preserve in Mineola, Texas. The event is organized by Run Different and was originally started by Run2Win. The race supports charities; the organizer donates a portion of profits and donations to Encounter Church (Fate). Check-in and other race-day services are provided on site. Awards for age groups and overall categories are distributed at the event and will not be shipped.

Registration includes an event-themed participation t-shirt (5K, 10K, 15K, 1 Mile) and a custom finisher medal (5K, 10K, 15K, 1 Mile). The organizer recommends registering by July 4 to guarantee t-shirt size. Age group awards are given four-deep in male and female divisions from 0-4 through 80+. Overall medals are listed for overall male and female, masters (40+), and grand masters (60+). Prices for each event are indicated by the organizer.
