San Diego SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run - San Diego
The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in San Diego takes place on March 7, 2027, at the Petco Park tailgate lots. The event offers road race options in multiple distances and a post-race party at Petco Park with fondue, dippables, and hot chocolate served in a finisher mug.

Every registration includes a full-zip fleece jacket and a finisher's medal. A VIP Ghirardelli Cocoa Club upgrade provides premium Ghirardelli hot cocoa, a canvas tote with single-serve cocoa, a $35 hot chocolate store credit, preferred corral placement, access to a dedicated club area, and an upgraded onsite experience with extra dippables and amenities.
The San Diego course passes notable locations: Balboa Park appears on the 10K and 15K routes, Golden Hill Park and neighborhood are on the 10K and 15K routes, and the East Village neighborhood is on all courses. Free high-resolution race photos and official race times are emailed to participants. Live runner tracking is available the week of the event.
An expo and packet pick-up is scheduled for Saturday, March 6, 2027, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at a location to be determined. Packets can be mailed for a fee of $21.95 if added by February 14, 2027 at 11:59 PM; there is no race day packet pick-up. Overall and age group awards are presented onsite, including cash prizes for top overall finishers and registration discounts for age group placings.
