Denver SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run
The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in Denver takes place on October 4, 2026 at Washington Park. The event offers three distance options:
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
The 5K and 10K courses pass two lakes within Washington Park, including Grasmere Lake and Smith Lake. The 15K course runs parallel to Cherry Creek and includes scenic mountain views along portions of the route.
Registered participants receive a swag kit that includes a full-zip fleece and a finisher's medal; a limited Tour Tee offer is noted for new registrations. Free high-resolution race photos and official race times are provided to participants after the event. Live runner tracking is available and sign up information is made available closer to the race.
A post-race party is held at Washington Park with music, vendors, hot chocolate, and a chocolate fondue finisher's mug. An upgraded Ghirardelli Cocoa Club option adds premium Ghirardelli hot cocoa, a canvas tote with take home cocoa, onsite credit for the hot chocolate store, preferred corral placement, and access to a dedicated Cocoa Club area with extra amenities.
Expo packet pick-up is scheduled for October 3, 2026 at the National Western Complex from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; the expo is free and open to the public. There is no race day packet pick-up, and a packet mailing option is available for a fee until the stated deadline.
