Hope for Tomorrow 5K Run/Walk
The Hope for Tomorrow 5K Run/Walk takes place on June 5, 2026 at Como Lake Park in Lancaster, NY. The event raises funds and awareness for people in Western New York who have been impacted by breast cancer. In Erie County, almost 900 women are diagnosed each year, and the Breast Cancer Network of WNY provides support services, programs to promote early detection, and initiatives to help reduce risk.
Como Lake Park is a certified 5K course and the main 5K will be timed by Western New York Finish Line Timing Services. A family-friendly 1 mile course is also available.

The event includes an after-party with food, food trucks, beer, awards, speeches, and a DJ. The Hope for Tomorrow Survivors Pavilion will feature local cancer organizations and vendors with displays, giveaways, and items for sale. All event proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Network of WNY and breast cancer research. The Breast Cancer Network of WNY is a local, independent nonprofit focused on supporting wellbeing for people affected by breast cancer.
Registration details in the event materials note a $30 registration fee that will be refunded after fundraising $100. Kids 14 and under are free with coupon code U14.
