Hope Alliance Survive. Thrive. Prevent 5K Run/Walk
Hope Alliance hosts a 5K run/walk at Fritz Park in Hutto, Texas, to support its mission of empowering victims of family and sexual violence and promoting prevention. The event format is a single 5K distance on a mostly flat, scenic route with smooth paths and minimal elevation gain, reported to be about 33 feet. The course is described as beginner-friendly and suitable for runners, walkers, first-timers, and families.
Registration has tiered fees and deadlines: registration opens January 15, 2026 and closes September 1, 2026. Fees through August 31 are $30.00 for ages 15 and over and $15.00 for ages 14 and under. Fees after August 31 rise to $35.00 for ages 15 and over and $17.50 for ages 14 and under. Race day fees are $40.00 for ages 15 and over and $20.00 for ages 14 and under. There are no refunds of registration fees. Shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed after September 15.
Awards will be presented to the first, second, and third place male and female finishers in each listed age group: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
