Course Details

The event offers four distinct distances through the Karst Park greenway area:

  • Half Marathon: A 13.1-mile course extending to Ellettsville before returning.
  • 10K: A 6.2-mile route passing the YMCA onto the greenway.
  • 5K: A 3.1-mile run around Cook Medical and the NW YMCA.
  • 1M Kids Fun Run: An out-and-back mile for children aged 13 and under.

The half marathon participants are required to maintain a pace of at least 16 minutes per mile to ensure roads can be reopened on schedule. The Kids Fun Run follows a specific path from Ivy Tech to the Cook Fountain and back.

Location and Path

The courses are situated on the newly created section of the Karst Park greenway, which spans from the Ivy Tech campus all the way to Ellettsville.
