Event overview
The Honor Thy Mother 5K is a flat and fast road course in Lakeville, MA, that starts and finishes at the Mullein Hill school driveway. The route follows Staples Shore Road, Main Street, Settler's Drive, Hitching Post and Wagon Trail, loops the cul-de-sac and returns along the same streets.
Refreshments provided to all participants include water, bananas, apples, granola bars and juice. Additional food will be available for purchase. Free onsite parking is provided. Family activities include a bouncy house and games for children.
Awards are presented for overall winners and for multiple age groups: 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 39, 40 to 59 and 60 and over; awards begin approximately one hour after the start of the race. A silent auction of gift baskets from sponsors will take place.
Race T shirts and specific sizes are guaranteed for participants who register online before April 16. Online registration fee is $25 and same day registration fee is $30.
