Hometown Half Marathon - Des Moines
The Hometown Half Marathon and accompanying races take place in Des Moines, Iowa on May 30, 2027. The event offers multiple in-person distances and a virtual option, and is hosted in the 50310 area.

Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping. Mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the event, and virtual entrants can upload times and photos starting on the event date.
