HomeGrown Brewing Oktoberfest 5K
This is an untimed 5k fun run held at HomeGrown Brewing Company in Oxford, Michigan, on September 13, 2026. The event is part of the 2026 Michigan Brewery Running Series and starts and ends at the brewery taproom. The route runs through the surrounding neighborhood and is described as scenic; the course is open and roads are not closed to traffic.
Participants may run, walk, or jog. The event includes one craft brew at the finish with a nonalcoholic option available for those under 21 or who prefer NA beverages. Attendees should bring ID to confirm age for alcoholic beverages. Dogs and strollers are allowed with care and subject to brewery policies. There is no bag check onsite. The event proceeds in rain or shine unless conditions make running unsafe.
Registration benefits and onsite features include a choice of Brewery Running Series swag such as a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal item, entry into a prize drawing for merchandise and beer, post-run music, games, giveaways, and partner offerings.
