About the race
Holmenkollstafetten is a city relay race held in Oslo on 8 May 2027. The race is organised as a team relay and comprises 15 stages with a total of 75,000 participants listed for the event. The programme includes separate classes, among them elite classes for competitive teams.
The route is run in Oslo's streets; course measurement was reviewed in 2024 and updated distances were published before the 2025 edition. Reported stage lengths were rounded to the nearest 10 meters for distances over 1,000 meters and to the nearest 5 meters for shorter stages.
